A Pleasurable stay

friendly staffgreat mealideal locationcomfortable room
I found the staff very friendly. The evening meal was GREAT even though I arrived just before service ended. The location could not BE better. The single room was indeed very comfy and tidy.
The room was lovely, if a bit cramped.. It would have been better with just a little more space for luggage.
Location
9/10
The hotel is near the city centre, it requires a manageable walk. A short downhill walk leads to the river Ness. This accessibility enhances the appeal for exploring local attractions. The walk is only a few minutes.
Service
9/10
Staff members showed great accommodation to everyone. One of the members, Eleanor, offered fantastic service . They were helpful in every way possible..
Dining
10/10
The hotel offers a freshly prepared breakfast exactly as requested. I asked that my porridge be made the Scottish way. I also enjoyed eggs benedict. This variety contributed positively to my dining experience.

Excellent Stay, Grateful Guest

The hotel is near to landmarks. Free parking was available which I appreciated. Dinner service impressed me and the staff showed a willingness to accommodate. They upgraded my room for me.
I found no vegetarian dish on the menu, though the chef prepared a reasonable alternative.
